Student Application K - 8th Grade (2012-2013 school year)

Families of students entering Kindergarten for the first time will be required to submit a Kindergarten Health Assessment Report completed by a physician.  This completed form must be submitted prior to the start of school.

 Returning Student Application 1st - 8th Grade (2012-2013 school year)

Tuition for K - 8th grade is $5600 for the current year.

                                                Pre-Kindergarten                               

 Pre-Kindergarten Application (2012-2013 school year)

Tuition for the Pre-Kindergarten the current school year is $5800 per student.  We are required to provide a copy of the NC Child Care Laws and Rules for your review.  For more information on our Pre-Kindergarten program, please visit or Pre-Kindergarten page or click here.

The Pre-Kindergarten Application includes a Children's Medical Report which must be completed by a physician and returned prior to the start of school.

An annual registration/materials fee of $250 is due upon application for all grades.   

• We offer a $100 discount per child for registered & active parishioners of St. Anthony of Padua Church. 
• There is  a 8% discount for each child after the first child.
• Payment plans are available.

Effective the 2012-2013 school year, all payments will be made through FACTS regardless of your payment option.  New FACTS Agreements may be completed on-line at any time, but no later than May 1, 2012.  

Families currently enrolled in FACTS Automatic Tuition program will be automatically re-enrolled.
