 New Student Application Form for K-8 Grade

Families of students entering Kindergarten for the first time will be required to submit a Kindergarten Health Assessment Report completed by a physician.  This completed form must be submitted prior to the start of school.

 Returning Student Registration Form K-8 Grade

Tuition for K - 8th grade is $4950 for the 2010 - 2011 school year.

 Pre-Kindergarten Application

Tuition for the Pre-Kindergarten 2010-2011 school year is $5300 per student.  We are required to provide a copy of the NC Child Care Laws and Rules for your review.  For more information on our Pre-Kindergarten program, please visit or Pre-Kindergarten page or click here.

The Pre-Kindergarten Application includes a Children's Medical Report which must be completed by a physician and returned prior to the start of school.

An annual registration/materials fee of $250 is due upon application for all grades. 

• We offer a $100 discount per child for registered & active parishioners of St. Anthony of Padua Church.  

• There is  a 10% discount for each child after the first child.

• Payment plans are available.

Tuition Assistance

To apply for Tuition Assistance through FACTS Grant & Aid, please click here.  Tuition Assistance and supporting documents must be submitted to FACTS no later than May 1, 2010 for the upcoming school year.
